I’m really happy to share that I’ll be working with Ethica Magazine as a recipes contributor. The magazine launched today and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of it. Stef Bottinelli (Editor in chief and founder) and Danica Wyber-Thomas (food editor) have done an amazing job. Ethica magazine covers “cruelty free fashion, travel, beauty, food, home, news and more”.  It’s so refreshing to see a digital magazine shine a spotlight on products and businesses with values over making a profit.
