10 minute kale crisps

10 minute kale crisps

I used kales Italian cousin Cavolo Nero for this recipe. It usually comes in big bunches which are a struggle to get through. Kale crisps are a great way to avoid waste and kids love them. They take 10 minutes to prepare and 60 seconds to eat!

Nutritional info

Kale is hailed as a 'superfood' for good reason: It's packed with fibre, antioxidants and is high in vitamins and minerals including Vits A, C, K, calcium, manganese and iron. It's great for detoxification, elimination, brain health, bone health, skin and hair and it lowers cholesterol.

2 serving

  • 25 g Kale or Cavolo Nero

  • Make sure you use dry toppings or the Kale will go soggy and we want these crispy!

  • These are great crumbled on salads.
