
Eating out in Brighton: The Flying Saucer
Why hadn’t I been here before? I had the best veg stew at The Flying Saucer at Brighton Open Market yesterday. It reminded me of a coconutty, curried Irish stew, a nice break from the greasy, fried vegan options that are kicking about lately. The oat milk coffee was perfect. I had a nice work break slumped in a sofa getting warmed up. I can’t remember how much the coffee was but the food was only £4 which included some lovely soft wholemeal bread. As you can see I left nothing behind…
